An internal test with a public result: can a single AI-generated character carry a short film with the consistency audiences expect from animation?
Written, directed and produced in-house.
Script and boards first. The character was locked as a reference set before any shot was generated, then carried through rain, mud, night and crowds with low, toy-height camera positions. Voice, sound and music were recorded and mixed by people. Tools are listed in the credits.
