Work / Tmall
A fifteen-episode comic quest in the style of a Chinese mythological animated feature, made entirely with AI for Tmall's 11.11 festival. The Tmall cat leads a band of brand mascots through mountain roads, coupon talismans and a palace of high prices to find the lost Fuli. Eighteen characters held consistent across every episode.

Tmall wanted its 11.11 campaign to be a show rather than a set of ads: episodic, funny, mythological, with partner brands written into the cast — and delivered on a shopping-festival timeline.
Concept, writing, character design, direction, AI production and finishing for all fifteen episodes.
A written style bible, a cast of locked character assets and a storyboard came before any generation. Each shot was briefed like a live-action shot — lens, blocking, performance beats, sound — then generated in low-resolution drafts, selected, regenerated at full resolution and finished at 4K. Client notes were handled shot by shot in a dedicated fix pipeline. The whole production ran on the TapNow canvas: 2,725 nodes, 1,408 video generations, 8 people, five weeks.
Fifteen episodes, a trailer and campaign cut-downs.
